Hello , my name is Susan Asher, and I am a tea party hostess and owner of Thyme-out Tea Parties. I will go to your home and create an elegant, relaxing English tea for you and your guests. I serve Quincy, Illinois and nearby communities.
Your cost includes tasty tea party foods, beautiful table settings, linen napkins, background music and silk flower arrangements. I prepare all the food in your home or at the party location. A typical tea party menu includes two blends of tea, scones, three types of tea sandwiches and desserts. Just supply the guests and I'll do the rest!
Teas are perfect for celebrating life's milestones and creating a special memory. Consider a tea party for birthdays, bridal or baby showers, mother and daughter teas, church and social groups, graduations, business meetings, and holidays.

The dates are June 16 and 17, 2005. We will start at 8:30 am on the 16th and end at 3:00 pm on the 17th . The location is the Stoney Creek Inn in Quincy Illinois. Class size is limited to 20 students, so please register early.

Day two of the training program will be a hands-on cooking class and tea luncheon held in downtown historic Quincy . You will enjoy a full 3-course afternoon tea while you learn how to prepare the perfect pot of tea, scones, and time saving, teasty finger sandwiches, savories, and desserts..
Cost is $599 per person. A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservations. Payment in full is required by May 31, 2005.
Lodging is not included. Stoney Creek Inn has blocked rooms for the seminar at very reasonable rates. You can make your reservation by calling 217-223-2255. Please mention the tea seminar to get the special room rates.
